About us

These terms apply to trade-business services provided by Small Plus Mighty Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17148880. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Our services are for business use. Your written service agreement confirms the package, features and any specific arrangements agreed with you before payment.

Your service

Depending on your package, the service includes enquiry replies, missed-call text-back, answering agreed customer questions, collecting job details, booking estimates, Google review requests and Google Business Profile optimisation.

We agree your service areas, accepted job types, appointment availability and escalation arrangements during setup. Bookings use the availability you provide. Questions or requests outside the agreed scope are referred to you.

You remain responsible for keeping your business information and availability accurate, attending appointments and carrying out your work. We do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, bookings, reviews or sales.

Payment and VAT

The service costs £295 per month, payable upfront, with no setup fee. The first payment is due before setup begins. Subsequent payments are due monthly on the agreed billing date.

We are not currently VAT registered and do not charge VAT. If we become VAT registered, the monthly fee will be £295 plus VAT at the applicable rate. We will notify you of the change and when it takes effect.

Any additional work or charges must be agreed with you in advance.

Setup

Setup begins once we have received your first payment and the information, permissions and access needed to deliver the service.

Your service agreement confirms the setup timetable and what we need from you. We will tell you promptly if missing information or a technical issue affects that timetable.

Included messaging

Your monthly fee includes a messaging allowance intended to cover normal use of the agreed service. The allowance, covered channels and how usage is counted will be confirmed in writing before you pay.

There is no additional messaging charge for usage within your allowance. Longer texts and some characters can result in a message counting as more than one SMS segment.

We will notify you before your allowance is exhausted. Any paid top-up requires your approval of the amount and price. We will not automatically charge you for additional usage.

We will agree in advance what happens at the allowance limit if you do not approve a top-up, including which functions would pause until the allowance resets.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a refund within 30 days of your first payment. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your first monthly service payment in full. No questions asked.

Email hello@smallplusmighty.com to request your refund. We will arrange it promptly; the time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment provider.

We will confirm cancellation or any agreed continuation with you before collecting another payment.

Cancellation

There is no fixed minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@smallplusmighty.com.

Outside the money-back guarantee, cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid monthly period. Your service continues until then and no further monthly payments will be taken. Unused days are not refunded.

We will explain the arrangements for disconnecting services, handling existing bookings and returning your data.

Website and quoting assistant

Where a website is included, your service agreement confirms the pages, hosting, maintenance and any transfer arrangements before payment. You retain ownership of your existing domain and the content, branding and materials you supply.

If you cancel, hosting provided as part of the subscription ends with it. Any available transfer options and charges will be explained before you sign up.

The WhatsApp quoting assistant is included at no extra subscription charge for as long as your qualifying Small Plus Mighty subscription remains active. The bonus ends when that subscription ends. It does not automatically become a separately paid subscription.

Messaging remains subject to the agreed allowance.

You must check and approve every quote before sending it. You remain responsible for its scope, measurements, prices, tax and other details.

Where the assistant is provided through Eddie, its product terms (https://eddie.smallplusmighty.com/terms) also apply. These package terms take priority for the included bonus’s price and duration.

Permissions and customer information

You must have permission to use the content and customer information you provide and to authorise the communications we set up.

You retain ownership of your customer data. We use it to provide the agreed service, not for our own marketing. Where we process customer data on your behalf, a separate data-processing agreement sets out our responsibilities.

Review requests must seek genuine feedback without filtering out customers who may leave a negative review.

Service reliability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. It depends on connected platforms, phone networks and other providers, so uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

If a material issue affects your service, we will explain it and work with you on a suitable resolution. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or removes your money-back guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
